 Andoko started his career from scratch as a door to door salesman. 

 In his early days he encountered failures after failures, but he always says: “I hope every failure will only make me stronger”. 

 After a while he managed to get a grip on his sales and marketing career in a multinational company, Bristol Myers Squibb – Mead Johnson. 

 He then continued his study in UC Berkeley, CA, USA, sharpening his marketing and communication skills before joining EURO RSCG AdWork, a multinational agency. 

 He reached the top job in EURO RSCG AdWork before he turned 40. He then brought the agency to a series of significant profitable growth year by year and won The Agency of The Year award. The bottom line, he grew the agency profitably by 5 folds in 12 year period

 Only a selected few of Euro RSCG leaders around the world were invited to the Executive Education at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Andoko was one of them.

 Achieving his continuous success, Andoko equipped himself with the skill and knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and Psych-K®, a unique blend of cutting edge tools for change, drawing on years of scientific research in brain dominance theory and neuroscience. 

 In 2011 Andoko founded Ad Consulting Asia to support clients' business growth by winning new business, acquisition and providing transformation tools based on neuroscience

 2015 - 2019  Andoko was part of President Jokowi's Communication Team (Tim Komunikasi Presiden)

 When asked what success means to him, he answered with his favourite quote: “Success is a journey, not a destination”
